TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them.

  1. PROMOTER: A.G. BARR p.l.c., a company registered in Scotland with company number SC005653, and having its registered office at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
  2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: promotion opens at 00:01 on 26 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 3rd July 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. ELIGIBILITY:
    1. The promotion is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, who are registered trade customers of a Participating Wholesaler (see condition 4 for details), except:
      1. our employees;
      2. our agents;
      3. anyone professionally connected with the promotion; and
      4. the immediate family members of (i), (ii), and (iii).
      This is a trade promotion for registered customers of Participating Wholesalers only and is not open to individual consumers for entry.
    2. Qualifying Product purchase is necessary (see condition 4 for details). Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of the Qualifying Product purchases within the Promotional Period. Proof of purchase must be provided and will be verified before any Prize is awarded.
    3. Device with QR scanning capabilities, capable of sending / receiving an SMS and internet access required. A valid email address and mobile number is also required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
    4. Maximum five entries per device per week is permitted during the Promotional Period by registered trade customers, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions. Entries submitted with a previously submitted receipt for a previous entry will be disregarded.
    5. We will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted (including as a result of technical issues with your mobile, tablet, computer or connectivity, or technical issues with our website or microsite).
  4. QUALIFYING PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS AND PARTICIPATING WHOLESALERS
    The products specified in this condition 4 are each considered a qualifying product necessary for entry (referred to individually as a “Qualifying Product” and together the “Qualifying Products”).
    Any four (4) of the below qualified products (cases) are required to be purchased for one (1) entry.
    1. Boost Drinks – 500ml
      1. Boost Energy 500ml x 12 cans plain, or PMP any flavour.
      2. Boost Sport 500ml x 12 PET plain, or PMP any flavour.
      3. Boost Water+ 500ml x 12 PET plain, or PMP any flavour.
      (each a “500ml Case”)
    2. Boost Drinks – 250ml
      1. Boost Energy 250ml x 24 cans plain, or PMP any flavour.
      2. Boost Iced Coffee 250ml x 12 cans plain, or PMP any flavour.
      (each a “250ml Case”)
    The Qualifying Products must be purchased by registered trade customers at a participating wholesaler in the United Kingdom, including their online stores. The participating UK wholesalers are:
    1. Bestway Wholesale;
    2. A G Parfett & Sons Limited;
    3. Dhamecha Foods Limited;
    4. United Wholesale Scotland Limited;
    5. United Wholesale Grocers Limited;
    6. Lioncroft Wholesale Limited;
    7. Soho Cash and Carry Limited;
    8. Global Foods Ltd and
    9. Other Regional AG BARR drinks stockist Wholesalers not listed above.
      10. (referred to individually as a “Participating Wholesaler” and together the “Participating Wholesalers”).
    Purchases of Qualifying Products from other ‘non-wholesaler’ type retailers do not qualify for entry to this promotion.
  5. TO ENTER:
    To enter during the Promotional Period you must:
    1. purchase any four (4) cases of Qualifying Products in a single transaction at a Participating Wholesaler using a trade account in the UK and retain the receipt as proof of purchase;
    2. access the entry form by:
      1. using your mobile phone or other device to scan the promotional QR code shown on the product’s display or promotional material; or
      2. texting “BOOST2WIN” to 88802 and clicking the link in the response text; or
      3. visiting winwithboost.co.uk;
    3. complete the online entry form with the required details (including your full name, email address and mobile number) and upload a clear image of your itemised receipt showing proof of purchase of the Qualifying Products; and
    4. submit the completed form.
    Promotional QR codes can be found on point-of-sale material in a number of Participating Wholesaler stores; and on trade customer-facing websites and social media platforms of Participating Wholesalers.
    Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
  6. PRIZE DRAW PROCESS
    1. The Independent prize draw provider, PromoNow will generate a computer random algorithm to draw sixty-one (61) winners. The first drawn will win the headline prize and the remaining, the runners up prizes in order of being drawn. All sixty-one (61) prizes are available to be won but if no valid response is received not all prizes may be issued.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    3. No person may win more than 1 of each prize type during the duration of the promotion.
  7. PRIZES
    Throughout the Promotional Period, there are sixty-one (61) prizes in total available to be won. Each winner will be eligible to receive one of the following (a “Prize”):
    1. 1 x Trip to the SuperLeague Grand Final with hospitality (3rd October 2026) at Old Trafford; includes two tickets, 4-star hotel stay with breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Old Trafford on Saturday 3rd October 2026 (based on twin/double room) and £200 travel contribution.
    2. 10 x Boost branded tracksuits (1 size available);
    3. 50 x Garmin Forerunner 55 smartwatches (1 size & colour available).
    We reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control. Winners may not transfer the right to accept their Prize to another person without our consent. Prizes are not negotiable.
  8. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
    1. Winning entrants will be notified via SMS to the same mobile number used at entry within 7 days following the end of the promotion if they have won a prize, subject to eligibility and purchase verification.
    2. Winners will have 14 days to respond to the SMS claim process or forfeit their prize.
  9. PRIZE DELIVERY
    Headline prize - Trip to the SuperLeague Grand Final with hospitality (3rd October 2026) Our Prize Agency, Prize Professionals will assist the winner to make arrangements to complete the prize. The £200 travel contribution will be paid via our specialist provider, PromoPayouts for security and will only be issued to the Account Holder Name matching that of the entrant.
    Runners up prizes: The Promoter will deliver the physical prizes to the home address provided within 21 days of a winner confirming their fulfilment details.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect fulfilment details.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize fails to be delivered by a third party, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
  10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    1. DATA CONTROLLER: A.G. BARR p.l.c. Your contact information will only be used and shared for the purpose of administering this promotion unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. We may share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling any prizes won through this promotion (including our fulfilment / delivery partners).     2. The winners’ surnames and counties will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request four weeks after the promotion close date to: Prize Professionals (Boost Drinks Wholesale Prizes, 1 June 2026 – 30 June 2026), Hereworx House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, PO4 8DS, within 3 months of the closing date. The winners may request that their surname and county are not published or request the amount of information being published be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
    3. You must submit your own entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk, group, or third party entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted using automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable a person to enter repeatedly will not be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize award will be void.
    4. We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter the promotion and/or receive a Prize (including requesting proof of ID (e.g. a current passport or driver’s licence), proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill), proof of purchase of Qualifying Products (e.g. an original itemised receipt), or proof of status as a trade customer of Participating Wholesalers).
    5. Winners are responsible for any tax liability they incur as a result of accepting a Prize. Winners are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before accepting a Prize if the tax implications concern them.
    6. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you fail our verification checks or we reasonably believe that you have: (i) breached any of the promotion terms; (ii) cheated or jeopardised the operation or integrity of the promotion; or (iii) gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair methods.
    7. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel a promotion where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control (including where technical issues are affecting the proper running of the promotion or where we suspect fraud). In these circumstances, we will do all we can to minimise any disappointment.
    8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, injury or damage which: (i) you suffer by entering a promotion; or (ii) you suffer in the enjoyment of any prize. However, nothing will exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us.
    9. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website / microsite (as with any website / microsite) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website / microsite. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
    10. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the promotion, including taking part in promotional videos and/or photoshoots to be shared via the Promoter’s social media channels. Participation in any such publicity is at the winners’ discretion and is not a condition of enjoying the Prize.
    11. At the point you enter this promotion, we’ll give you the option to consent to us using the email address you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. If you give us your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails about Boost Drinks from time to time. If you wish to subsequently withdraw your consent, you can do that by emailing us at dataprotection@agbarr.co.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the marketing or promotional emails we send you.
    12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any other parties, including but not limited to Bestway Wholesale, A G Parfett & Sons Limited, Dhamecha Foods Limited, United Wholesale Scotland Limited, United Wholesale Grocers Limited, Lioncroft Wholesale Limited, Soho Cash and Carry Limited, Global Foods Ltd. By entering, entrants agree to release any and all of the non-affiliated parties from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.
    13. Our decision in relation to all matters relating to our promotions will be final.
    14. Each of the promotion terms is separate from the others. This means that if any promotion term is held to be invalid then it will be deleted but the remaining promotion terms will continue to apply.
    15. If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and those in any promotional material, these promotion terms will prevail.

    17. The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Scots law. The Scottish courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
